Rain is the softest water there is, so we built a business on it. Collected at our depot, purified through three stages of filtration, and worked over your windows until they dry without a mark. That's been the Raincom method across the Cotswolds and Shropshire since 1985.
Most window cleaners fill up from the tap. We never have. Tap water carries dissolved minerals that dry into the streaks and spots you recognise; rain doesn't. Our whole system is built around keeping it that way.
Rainwater is collected and stored at our depot. It lands soft, with none of the limescale-forming minerals mains water picks up underground.
Sediment, carbon and de-ionising filters take out anything that could dry to a mark, leaving water that's effectively pure.
A telescopic carbon-fibre pole and soft brush take it as high as the fourth storey, straight from the ground. No ladders. No scaffold. No noise.
Our first commercial round started in the early days and some of it is still running. Aldi's Swindon store has trusted us with its glass, inside and out, for over twenty-five years. When a contract lasts that long, it's rarely about the price. It's about never having to think about your windows again.
Shops, offices, hotels, schools, letting agents, country estates: we build each round to fit the building, agree the schedule, and then simply keep it. Multi-site portfolios get one invoice and one number to call.
A fifth of our week belongs to houses: stone cottages, market-town terraces, farmhouses and new builds. Choose a visit every 4, 8 or 12 weeks and we'll fold you into the local round, then turn up on the day, every time.
Frames, sills and doors are wiped down as part of the job, not as an extra. Old and delicate glass gets a gentle traditional clean; everything else gets the pure-water pole. Pay however suits: cash, card, transfer or standing order.
No stock imagery here. These are our poles, our water and our customers' buildings, photographed by us on the job.

No. Everything happens outside, from the ground. Most domestic customers just leave a gate unlocked on the day, and commercial visits are timed around your opening hours.
The purified water travels up a telescopic carbon-fibre pole to a soft brush head, which reaches the fourth storey comfortably from the ground. It's safer than ladders, kinder to your walls and flower beds, and surprisingly quiet.
Streaks are minerals left behind when ordinary water evaporates. Our rainwater is triple filtered and de-ionised, so there's nothing dissolved in it. Nothing in the water means nothing on the glass.
No. There are no detergents or chemicals at any stage, just purified rain. What runs off your windows is cleaner than what fell on the garden that morning.
Every building is different, so we quote in person and stand by the number. Tell us where the property is and we'll come out for a look, with no obligation either way. Most quotes come back the same working day.
The rounds run through the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Shropshire and over the border into Powys. These are some of our regular stops.
Shopfronts, offices and the high stone terraces around the market place
Regency glazing, sash windows and office buildings
Cottages, galleries and hotel frontages
Long-running commercial contracts, inside and out
Timber-framed and listed buildings that need a careful touch
Town-centre premises and homes across the suburbs
Ring us, email us, or send the form. Either way, a real person reads it, comes out to see the building, and puts a fair number on it. Usually the same working day.
Let us finish it. One phone call puts your building on a round that's been running since 1985.
