Cladding weathers slowly enough that nobody notices until it's compared with a freshly cleaned panel. Then everybody notices. We softwash painted, PVC, composite, timber and fibre-cement cladding with the right dilution for each surface, then rinse it all down with pure water so no residue is left behind.
Signage gets the same treatment: illuminated signs, fascia boards, canopies and awnings. Shopfront glass is included as standard whenever we clean the fascia above it, because handing back a clean sign over dirty glass would be a bit silly.
